Take your practice upside down with confidence! This advanced class is all about mastering Forearm Stand (Pincha Mayurasana) – from building the foundational strength to refining balance and control.
We will break down key elements such as shoulder stability, core engagement, and safe alignment to help you find lightness and stability in your forearm stand.
This class is designed for experienced yogis who are comfortable with inversions. Being able to hold a pincha freely in the room is not a requirement, but you should be happy to kick up to a wall on your forearms.
Come prepared to challenge yourself, explore new techniques, and build confidence in your forearm stand practice!
This is a Level 2-3 Class.
