Francisco specializes in blending different styles such as Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga, Forrest, Prada Flow, Rocket and functional mobility. This fusion allows him to offer dynamic and accessible classes that focus on exploring the body from different perspectives. His teaching is constantly evolving as he grows both as a teacher and as a person - always looking for new, conscious and intelligent ways to work with the body. He regularly leads master classes and workshops in Spain and Germany, teaching a practice that harmonizes technique, intuition and curiosity.

Struggling with tight or uncomfortable shoulders? Want to feel stronger and safer in backbends or upside-down postures?
This workshop is designed to strengthen and mobilize your shoulders, whether you’re managing chronic tension or working toward more advanced asanas. We'll move mindfully and therapeutically to build a solid foundation—from Downward Dog to handstands.
